Œil de Lynx is a rosé produced mainly from Cabernet jura. It is organically grown and comes from our vines in Rossemaison and Courfaivre. A slight deacidification took place with the 2019 vintage. Guaranteed without sweetening or chaptalisation. Method of vinification
- Vinified without filtration
- Vinified without fining
- Minimal use of sulphites (semi-natural wine)
